The Mothership called, and I was compelled to answer:
I start my new job at VMware as a Senior Solution Engineer for the PNW Region on May 2.
And for the first time in my life I am taking a week off in between jobs. That means technically, I am unemployed for the next week or so at the time of this writing.
I know this may come as a surprise to you stanning fans of my blog, especially after this post, but someday I will tell you the story. But for now, let’s just say that if you are interested in a role that has infrequent openings, express interest now. Eventually, someone will call you when there are said openings. Start a network of connections with people and use it to your advantage.
What does this mean for your beloved TOC blog? The short answer is that I don’t know exactly, but for now things will continue under the status quo.
